There are many consumers who may be concerned about getting loans without a bank account today as that is one of the stipulated criteria in the state's lending laws. The availability of a bank account is to safeguard both the borrower and the lender in their loan transaction but yet, today, there are many consumers with no bank accounts. 
Some of them are the elderly who do not have much savings while others do not see the need in frequenting the banks for their monetary needs. Many consumers prefer to keep their savings at home or it may be that their pension or social security check amounts are too little to be deposited into a bank account which may be more troublesome for an elderly to withdraw.
Other consumers who do not have a bank account would be the unemployed who do not have enough savings or income to be deposited into the bank account.
